    Unified Aspects

In the summer of 2010 Unified Aspects has 5 year anniversary. It is a Polish limited liability company established by 2 Norwegians. Our goal is to become a leading actor in the European SMB market offering software related solutions and services.

By November 2009 we count 9 young people in our team. The composition of our staff is a reflection of our project assignments and product development; mostly programmers. We strive to constantly improve and learn new technologies. Any new development project starts with a look into the ever changing world of frameworks and programming methods, mostly connected to Microsoft.Net.

One of our key principals is to keep workers aligned in knowledge, making it possible to let projects and tasks flow easier within our organization. This advantage, together with efficient tools for quality and process management, makes us a strong and predictable partner in business development projects.

Most of our customers are now situated in Norway. But we are now making more actions towards the rest of Europe as all or solutions are developed with multi-lingual functionality. Being a Polish-Norwegian company we already have all solutions available in Norwegian, English and Polish languages.

We have now 2 offices in the old town of Olsztyn, Poland (Stare Miasto). Our main office houses our programmers and administration. The other office is about 200 meters away from that and is used mostly for multimedia production. In addition to the operations in Poland, we share server room and some office space with Vakt Service in Bergen.

Since 2007 Unified Aspects has been working close with Vakt Service in a project for security systems on Norwegian construction sites.  On 30 March 2007, the Norwegian Ministry of Labour and Social Inclusion issued new regulations concerning identity cards (ID cards) at construction sites. The regulations entered into force on 1 January 2008. Vakt Service assigned us to develop a RFID card registration utility and a web based attendance log. With these tools construction site managers can monitor and print time and attendance reports from a web application we have developed. Our system now controls the access for about 8000 workers all over Norway.

Unified Aspects is also the main development partner for Shapes Fitness in Norway. This is a concept for fitness centers with 24/7 opening hours made possible with our OrigoTime applications. Each member has an access card controlled by our system which gives access at any time of day or night all year around. After registration online a new member can immediately access his center with an SMS code that opens the door while he is waiting for his personal ID card. Controlling doors with SMS codes and the all-over web based process has made us one of the most innovative companies in the security business.
